- This short video (1:41) show the importance of participating in a wellness screening, especially if you don’t know your numbers.
- “How Screenings Impact The Story of Your Life” is a 2 minute video that we will be using to help promote the program.
- The “Online Scheduler” demonstrates the ease of registering, scheduling, and returning to view results.
- The MyGuide™ to Health is the report participant will receive after the questionnaire and wellness screening are completed. The online report allows participants to “move the dial” with a lab value result to see how the body would be impacted with a healthier value or a not so good value. A 16 page MyGuide™ to Health booklet will also be mailed to the home.
