The L.A.T.E. Ride is a 25 mile bike ride though downtown Chicago that starts after midnight and is hosted by Friends of the Parks.
Crown New Bremen OH employees Diana Hartwig and Karen Eckert, along with their spouses, joined over 4,000 bicyclists in August who cycled past the downtown skyscrapers at night, rode the lakefront path under the stars, and watched the sunrise over Lake Michigan.
Proceeds from this event help support stewardship, education and outreach efforts in Chicago’s parks and open spaces.
